Our General Approach

We want you to be happy with your experience on Growth Advisor by Menture. Here's exactly how refunds work — no fine print, no surprises.

If something isn't right, we'd rather make it right than keep your money. Please reach out to us first at support@menture.ai and give us the chance to fix it before pursuing other options.

One-Time Purchases

If you purchased a one-time product or service through Growth Advisor by Menture:

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you're not satisfied
  • Refund requests after this window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Digital products that have been fully accessed or downloaded may not be eligible for a refund

Subscriptions & Memberships

Growth Advisor by Menture membership is structured differently from a standard subscription — because you don't pay until results are verified.

Membership begins only after a verified 15%+ profit improvement is documented in your P&L. No improvement = no membership charge. Ever.

Once membership is active:

  • You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period
  • No further charges are made after you cancel

When We'll Always Refund You

No questions asked — we will always issue a full refund if:

  • You were charged by mistake or charged twice for the same period
  • We cancelled your account or removed your access without cause
  • A technical error on our side prevented you from accessing a service you paid for
  • Membership was triggered before the 15% improvement threshold was properly verified

When We Don't Offer Refunds

We generally cannot offer refunds in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after actively using the service
  • You forgot to cancel before the next billing cycle
  • The results didn't meet your personal expectations despite the service being delivered as described
  • Your team did not implement the recommended action plan steps

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@menture.ai with the following:

STEP 01 Your name and the email address used at purchase
STEP 02 The date and amount of the charge in question
STEP 03 A brief description of the reason for your request

We'll respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or credit card provider. We respond quickly and can usually resolve issues faster than a formal chargeback process — often within the same business day.

Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension and may affect your ability to rejoin the platform in the future.
