If you purchased a one-time product or service through Growth Advisor by Menture:
Growth Advisor by Menture membership is structured differently from a standard subscription — because you don't pay until results are verified.
Membership begins only after a verified 15%+ profit improvement is documented in your P&L. No improvement = no membership charge. Ever.
Once membership is active:

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or credit card provider. We respond quickly and can usually resolve issues faster than a formal chargeback process — often within the same business day.
Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension and may affect your ability to rejoin the platform in the future.
